2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal Waiver (EU / UK / Australia / US)

By placing an order for a digital product on DocMeals.com, you explicitly:

• Consent to immediate performance of the contract and instant digital delivery upon purchase.
• Acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right of cancellation and withdrawal (including the 14-day statutory cooling-off period where applicable under European Union, UK, or Australian consumer laws).

3. Subscription Memberships (VIP Community)

For recurring subscriptions (such as the $29/mo VIP Community), you may cancel your membership at any time with one click from your account dashboard or by emailing support@docmeals.com. Cancellation prevents any future billing cycles. Previous monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We will review and grant refunds only under the following strictly verified technical circumstances:

• Accidental Duplicate Charge: If our payment processor, Paddle.com, inadvertently charged you twice for the exact same product transaction.
• Unresolvable Technical Delivery Failure: If you did not receive your download link and our technical support team is unable to deliver the file to your verified email address within 48 business hours.
